Wireless Vantage Pro2 ISS with 24-Hr Fan Aspirated Radiation ShieldWireless Integrated Sensor Suite (ISS) for use with Vantage Connect, Vantage Pro2 and Vantage Vue consoles, Weather Envoy and WeatherLink. Our innovative integrated sensor suite combines our rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, and anemometer into one package - making setup easier than ever and improving performance and reliability.
For improved accuracy, temperature and humidty sensors are housed inside our solar-powered, 24-hour fan-aspirated radiation shield. The shield protects against solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat.
Compatible with Vantage Pro2, Vantage Vue and Vantage Connect.
The Davis Instruments 6323 Vantage Pro2 Integrated Sensor Kit (ISS) has the same sensors as the similar Davis Vantage Pro2 console/ISS software package (Davis 6153). It can be used to replace the original ISS, or for applications that do not require a console and only require a PC or MAC or cloud connection. If temperature accuracy needs to be considered, it is recommended to use fan suction and install the machine in a place where the temperature is usually higher than 90 degrees Fahrenheit and there is little or no air circulation. The patented solar 24-hour fan-extracted radiation shield combines active and passive suction functions to minimize this effect.
