SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date : Jan 01, 2022- Orders are shipped the same day as purchased or within one business day. (Shipping cut-off time is 3pm EST)
- You will receive your tracking order via email and/or SMS once the order is shipped. Promised delivery time only applies to business days (Monday-Friday).
- To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground/Air shipping services.
- We have NO BACKORDER policy, because of any reason if we cannot fulfill the order, it will be cancelled and refunded.
- Available shipping methods may vary for some products and shipping destinations.
- We will ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- The customer is responsible for tracking the package using the tracking number from shipping until delivery.
- To protect orders valued over $750, a signature is required upon delivery at no additional cost.
- Shipping to a PO Box is prohibited.
- If the shipment is returned to our warehouse or office without return authorization, a 20% processing fee will be applied to the order.
- If your order is being shipped from multiple warehouses, the shipping costs will be multiplied accordingly.
- Once the courier status changes to delivered, any lost packages become the responsibility of the customer.
- Oversized products require truck freight / LTL shipping and will cost more than ground delivery.
- Some electrical products are not accepting to the flight delivery, in that case your expedited shipping can be converted to the ground shipping and expedited shipping fee will be refunded.
- The customer support team will contact the customer if an order needs to be shipped by truck freight.
- Truck freight deliveries can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
