The EV-300 system is for use onboard vessels with solenoid-controlled electro-hydraulic steering systems. The included ACU300 actuator control unit interacts directly with the boat's steering gear solenoids, delivering accurate and reliable autopilot steering. The EV-300 Solenoid autopilot also works with Raymarine and 3rd party constant running hydraulic drive units. The EV-300 Solenoid autopilot system features our p70Rs color autopilot remote control with rotary controller, the EV-1 Sensor Core, the EV-300 Actuator Control Unit, and an Evolution autopilot cabling kit.

The EV-1 Sensor Core

At the center of every Evolution system is the intelligent EV sensor core, a 9-axis sensor that monitors vessel motion in all three dimensions. The innovative EV sensor core combines advanced solid-state sensors with the Evolution autopilot processor into a single easy-toinstall housing.

Mount the EV sensor core above or below decks, the rugged enclosure is fully sealed and built to IPX6 and IPX7 waterproofing and submersion standards.

The EV-1 is designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems. SeaTalk^ng networking enables a single cable connection for power and data to the Evolution ACU (actuator control unit) and extended SeaTalk^ng and NMEA2000 networks.

The p70R has a convenient rotary control knob and support for multiple autopilot modes including Auto, standby, trolling patterns, and track mode from your GPS or chartplotter.

p70R is a button-operated controller and a rotary control dial, mainly designed for power boats. The LED backlight provides excellent visibility during the day or night and has ultra-low power consumption. P70R also supports group dimming together with i70 Instruments and e7 multifunction displays. Ev-1 is specially designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems. The Sea Talkng network makes a cable connection possible. The core of the EV sensor is a 9-axis sensor that can monitor the movement of the ship in all three dimensions. The innovative EV sensor core combines advanced solid-state sensors with the Evolution autopilot processor into an easy-to-install housing. Install the EV sensor core above or below the deck.
