Humminbird XTM-9-20T Trolling Motor Transducer — Product description

Upgrade your fishing setup with the Humminbird XTM-9-20T trolling motor transducer, a powerhouse designed specifically for anglers who demand precision and reliability on the water. This hydrodynamic gem mounts seamlessly onto most trolling motors, cutting through water with minimal drag while dodging weeds that plague other setups. Whether you're chasing bass in shallow bays or scanning deeper structures, its dual-beam technology delivers crystal-clear sonar images paired with accurate water temperature readings to help you make smarter decisions faster.

Imagine gliding silently across the lake, your fishfinder painting a vivid picture of the underwater world below. The wide 60-degree beam at 83 kHz sweeps broad areas to spot schools of fish or baitfish clusters from afar, while the narrow 20-degree beam at 200 kHz zooms in for detailed bottom contours and individual targets. This combo ensures you never miss a strike, even in tricky conditions like murky water or heavy vegetation.

Why Anglers Swear by Trolling Motor Transducers Like This One

Trolling motor mounts shine where transom versions falter. They stay submerged and stable regardless of boat trim or waves, providing consistent readings during slow trolling or anchoring. Pair it with your existing transom transducer via a switch for the ultimate dual-perspective view—perfect for tournament pros or weekend warriors exploring new waters. Crafted in the USA with rugged materials, it withstands the brutal marine life: saltwater spray, freshwater muck, and everything in between.

Seamless Compatibility Across Humminbird Lineups

This transducer plays nice with a wide array of classic Humminbird fishfinders, from entry-level PiranhaMAX models like the 210, 215, and 220 to workhorses such as the Matrix 10, 17, 25, 55, 65, and 97 series. It also supports legends like the 323, 363, 383c, 525, 535, 565, 717, 747c, 757c, 767, 777c2, 787c2, 957c, 1157c combos, and more. Always double-check your unit's specs, but rest assured it's a go-to for many reliable portables and combos.

Effortless Installation and Everyday Maintenance

Mounting is a breeze: attach the bracket to your trolling motor shaft, secure the transducer, and route the cable away from props or snags. Its slim profile hugs the motor body, reducing turbulence and hang-ups. For longevity, rinse with fresh water after each trip, inspect the cable for wear, and store dry during off-seasons. That one-year limited warranty backs your investment, but with proper care, it'll serve for seasons of epic catches.

Real-World Performance: Sharper Images, Better Bites

Users rave about how the temp sensor reveals thermoclines—those hidden layers where fish hang out—giving you an edge over bare-bones setups. In weedy flats, the narrow beam slices through clutter to pinpoint structure, while the wide beam keeps you oriented. It's not just gear; it's your secret weapon for dialing in lure depth or spotting post-spawn hideouts.

Trolling Motor Transducer

Trolling Motor Mount Transducers are designed to mount on to the body of most trolling motors. A low profile shape reduces drag in the water and minimizes interference with weeds. Trolling Motor Transducers are often used in conjunction with the standard Transom Mount Transducer and connected by a switch to allow the fishfinder to display information from either the transom or the trolling motor. Some Transom Mount Transducers can be converted to Trolling Motor Mount by purchasing a Trolling Motor Adapter.
