Lowrance HDS PRO 10 with Active Imaging 3-in-1 Transducer

The Lowrance HDS PRO 10 with Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer (part 000-16478-001) is the bundled 10-inch HDS PRO chartplotter / fishfinder combo paired with the included Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer. The HDS PRO platform is Lowrance's most-capable fishing chartplotter / fishfinder line. the 10-inch screen size sits between the 12-inch flagship and the smaller 7-inch entry-level units. The bundled transducer means this configuration ships with the sonar capability ready to fish on day one - no separate transducer purchase required to start using the unit's sonar features.

What the Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer does. The included Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer combines three sonar functions in one transducer body: CHIRP traditional sonar (for the standard sonar history view of fish marks and bottom contour), SideScan side-imaging (for the high-detail horizontal view to either side of the boat), and DownScan down-imaging (for the near-photographic vertical view of structure directly below the boat). All three modes selectable on the HDS PRO display from one transducer install. The right transducer for typical bass-fishing and walleye-fishing applications.

10-inch SolarMAX HD touchscreen. The 10-inch SolarMAX HD touchscreen panel is engineered specifically for direct-sun marine helm conditions. Viewable at extreme off-axis viewing angles. Polarized-sunglasses compatible. Bonded glass construction resists fogging and scratches from salt spray or rod-tip contact. The 10-inch screen size is the right balance for medium-sized bass boat helms and consoles - large enough for split-screen sonar / chart layouts, compact enough to fit standard helm dash space.

Active Imaging HD ready. While the included transducer is the standard Active Imaging 3-in-1 (not the HD version), the HDS PRO 10 head unit fully supports Active Imaging HD when you add an Active Imaging HD transducer separately. Active Imaging HD operates up to 1.2 MHz and produces meaningfully sharper structure detail than the standard Active Imaging 3-in-1. For owners starting with the bundled standard transducer and wanting to upgrade later, the HDS PRO 10 is the ready platform.

ActiveTarget 2 Live Sonar ready. The HDS PRO 10 also supports ActiveTarget 2, the second-generation high-resolution Lowrance live sonar that shows real-time view of fish around the boat. Add the ActiveTarget 2 transducer and module separately - they connect over the network and the live sonar view appears as one of the sonar pane options on the HDS screen. ActiveTarget 2 has noticeably sharper image quality and better target separation than original ActiveTarget. For anglers running live sonar, ActiveTarget 2 is the current Lowrance state-of-art.

FishReveal display. FishReveal is Lowrance's display feature that overlays traditional sonar fish marks onto the SideScan image, so you see both the structure (in the SideScan view) and the fish marks (from the traditional sonar) in one combined view. Saves the eye-juggling between two separate sonar panes. The included Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer supports FishReveal directly without needing the additional S3100 module.

Hybrid interface: touchscreen + programmable keys. The HDS PRO 10 combines touchscreen control with large programmable physical keys around the bezel. Touchscreen handles cursor work, pan / zoom, and menu navigation in calm conditions. Programmable keys handle most-used functions with one-button shortcuts (mark waypoint, switch to live sonar view, toggle SideScan, etc.) - the buttons stay usable in rough water with wet hands and gloves where touchscreens get washed out. The hybrid approach gives you the best of both interface types.

Touchscreen control of Power-Pole, Ghost Trolling Motor, Autopilot. The HDS PRO 10 directly controls Power-Pole shallow water anchors (deploy, retract, mode select from the chartplotter touchscreen), Ghost Trolling Motor (Lowrance's GPS trolling motor with Spot-Lock and AutoPilot from the chartplotter), Lowrance Outboard Pilot autopilot, and other compatible boat-control devices. The integration means the chartplotter becomes the central control hub for the boat's fishing systems beyond just navigation.

Ghost Trolling Motor 360 chart overlay. With a Ghost trolling motor on the boat, the HDS PRO 10 displays a 360-degree status overlay around the trolling motor showing the motor's heading, the locked Spot-Lock position, the current AutoPilot heading, and other trolling motor state info directly on the chart. Easy at-a-glance reading of what the trolling motor is doing.

NMEA 2000, Wireless, Bluetooth. NMEA 2000 for the boat's instrument backbone (depth, speed, wind, AIS, engine data, fuel level). Wireless (Wi-Fi) for chart updates, mobile app sync, and software updates. Bluetooth for personal device pairing including smartphone notifications (texts, calls, weather alerts) displayed on the chartplotter screen. Combined connectivity covers all standard marine helm integrations.

Networking. Connects to other Lowrance HDS units, ActiveTarget 2 modules, S3100 sonar modules, radar antennas, and other Lowrance networked devices over Ethernet for shared waypoints, routes, sonar feeds, and radar feeds. Multi-display Lowrance helms work as one integrated system rather than as separate displays.

Compatible chart upgrades. The HDS PRO 10 accepts a wide range of chart card upgrades: C-MAP REVEAL (premium charts with photo overlays), Navionics charts, Florida Marine Tracks, and others. Pick the cartography product that fits your fishing area best. The wide chart compatibility is one of the HDS line's strong points - more chart options than most competing chartplotters.
