Works with brocraft rod holder!
The difference between these and the flush mount holder that comes with the brocraft rod holder is these have a bottom, so no water can get into the hull of your kayak. I prefer the brocraft rod holder to the scotty so I'm glad these mate so well. And brocraft doesn't seem to sell their flush mount independently.
