This is the Don't Tread On Me flag, the old Gadsden design with the coiled rattlesnake, made by Taylor Made for boaters who want to fly it right. It's cut from nylon, which is what you want out on the water. Nylon sheds spray, dries fast, and snaps in a light breeze instead of hanging limp.
