StrikeMaster Lithium 40V Battery Charging Base
StrikeMaster Lithium 40V Battery Charging Base — Product description
StrikeMaster's Lithium 40V Battery Charging Base is the rapid station that takes your auger battery from empty to full in about two and a half hours. It's the same base that ships with the 40V Lithium augers. Grab one as a spare for the shack or to replace a charger that walked off.
The StrikeMaster Lithium 40V Battery Charging Base is the rapid charger built for the 40V lithium battery that powers StrikeMaster's Lithium augers. Plug it in and it pushes a full 2 amps into a dead pack, taking it from empty to full in about two and a half hours. That's fast enough to drill all morning, come in for lunch, and be topped off before you head back out.
This is the same base that comes with the 40V Lithium auger kits. If yours got left at the last lake, cracked in the truck bed, or you just want a second one so there's always a charger at home and one in the shack, ordering the standalone base is the easy fix. It charges the battery you already own, no new pack required.
Built-in cell optimization does the thinking for you. The smart charging circuit balances the cells as it fills them and backs off once the pack is full, so you can leave the battery on the base without cooking it. Lithium doesn't love being run flat and left sitting, so parking it on the charger between trips actually keeps it healthy through the off-season.
It's wall mountable, which is the way to go if you run a permanent shack or keep your ice gear in one corner of the garage. Screw it to the wall, keep the battery on it, and you always know where your charger is. No more digging through the sled bag at 5 a.m. And it's backed by a 2 year warranty.
One thing worth knowing: this is the charging base only. The 40V lithium battery isn't included, and StrikeMaster ships their batteries only partially charged, so give a new pack a full cycle on this base before your first trip out. Not sure whether you need the base, the battery, or both? Give us a shout and we'll sort out what fits your auger.

Frequently asked questions
What battery does this charge?
It charges the StrikeMaster Lithium 40V battery, the pack that runs the 40V Lithium augers. It's matched to that 40V system, so it isn't a charger for the 24V batteries.
How long does a full charge take?
About two and a half hours from a fully drained pack. It charges at a rapid 2 amps, so you can top off over a lunch break and get back on the ice.
Is the battery included?
No, this is the charging base only. If you need the battery too, grab the 40V lithium pack separately or reach out and we'll make sure you get both.
Can I leave the battery on the charger between trips?
Yes. The built-in cell optimization balances the pack and backs off once it's full, so it won't overcharge. Leaving it on the base is actually a good way to keep the battery healthy through the off-season.
Can I mount it on the wall?
Yep, it's wall mountable. Screw it up in the shack or the garage and your charger always lives in one spot.
Does the battery ship fully charged?
StrikeMaster ships their lithium batteries only partially charged. Give a new pack a full cycle on this base before your first trip out so you're not cutting a morning short.
