This is Sierra's 18-8152-10 vinyl fuel line, a 10 foot roll of 1/4 inch inside diameter hose that's a handy thing to keep in the boat's spares bin. The working pressure is rated at 35 PSI, which covers the low pressure suction and feed side of a carbureted outboard or a portable tank setup. It is not a high pressure EFI supply line, so don't put it on the pressure side of a fuel injection system. Match the hose to the job and you're in good shape.

Install is straightforward. Cut it clean and square with a sharp knife or a hose cutter so the end seats fully on the barb. Push it all the way onto the fitting, then secure every connection with a proper hose clamp. Vinyl line can back off a barbed fitting if it's just pushed on, so clamp both ends. On anything that sees vibration or heat near the engine, a lot of us run a second clamp for peace of mind. Keep runs as short as the layout allows and support long spans so the line isn't hanging on the fittings.

Now the honest part, because we'd rather you know. Vinyl fuel line is a great budget utility hose, but it does age. Over a couple of seasons, especially with today's ethanol blended pump gas and plenty of sun, vinyl can stiffen, discolor, or get brittle at the ends. That's normal for the material. Inspect it each spring, flex it in your hands, and if it's hard, cracked, or weeping at a fitting, cut it back or replace it. Keeping it out of constant direct sunlight and cutting it to the length you actually need both help it last. Treat it as a serviceable part, not a forever part, and it'll keep your small rig running clean.
