A couple of honest notes before you buy. This is an RGB strip, which means it needs a compatible RGB controller to actually change colors, and you'll want that controller and its connections to be marine-rated and sealed too. Condensation inside a cheap indoor controller is the number one reason these installs act flaky. And while the strip is flexible, it bends on one axis. It'll follow a gentle curve or a large-radius corner beautifully, but a tight 90-degree bend around thin tubing wants a proper corner connector, not a hard crease.

One more thing worth knowing: the strip cuts at fixed points along its length, not anywhere you like, so measure your space against those cut marks before you slice. Trim it too short and you can't add length back. Most boaters find the 16-foot run covers a console and a cockpit accent line with length to spare, but if you're lighting a bigger boat, plan the layout on paper first so you know exactly where each cut lands.
