RIGID Industries Revolve Can-Am Amber LED Headlight Kit (Set of 6)

The Revolve headlight kit is RIGID Industries' fix for the one thing every Can-Am owner notices the first time they ride after dark: the factory lighting just doesn't keep up. This kit swaps in six LED lights, 2106 lumens each, and turns the front end into something that actually lets you ride at the pace your machine is capable of.

Each light runs 22 watts and pushes that 2106 lumens through a broad spot beam. Broad spot is the right pattern for a headlight job. It's wide enough to wash the edges of the trail and the ruts you'd otherwise clip, but it still reaches far enough down the trail that you see the corner coming before you're already in it. Stack six of them across the front and there's no dark hole in the middle where the stock lights leave you guessing.

Here's the part a lot of folks miss. The lights ship with clear lenses installed, and the kit includes six snap-on amber covers. Clear gives you the most reach and the cleanest white light on a dry night. But the second the dust kicks up on a group ride, or fog settles into the low spots, or you're breaking trail in falling snow, you pop the amber covers on. Amber cuts the glare-back off airborne dust and moisture in a way white light simply can't. Two setups, one kit, and switching between them takes a couple of minutes in the driveway.

Power is easy. The lights accept anything from 9 to 36 volts, so they're perfectly happy on a stock 12-volt Can-Am electrical system and they won't blink if the voltage sags a little cranking through deep stuff. Each light draws 1.4 amps at 14 volts. Run all six at once and you're pulling right around 8.4 amps total, so fuse and wire the circuit to match. The two plug-and-play harnesses in the box handle the connections, so you're not cutting into the factory loom or chasing down connectors that don't fit.

Mounting is bracket-style, and RIGID includes two mount brackets plus six sets of mounting hardware so you've got what you need to get all six lights located and torqued down. The housings are compact, 2.3 inches long by 2.7 inches tall each, which means they tuck into the factory light pods and bumper spots without looking like an afterthought bolted to the front. The housing is finished in black, so it reads clean and close to OEM instead of shouting aftermarket.

A quick word on why six lights instead of a pair. Spreading the output across six emitters instead of cramming it into two means the light lays down evenly across the whole front of the machine, so you don't get that bright center with dark shoulders that makes your eyes work overtime on a long night ride. It also means if one light ever takes a rock and goes down, you've still got five doing the job while you sort it out. Redundancy matters when you're miles from the trailhead.
