RIGID Razor Revolve A-Pillar Light Kit for Polaris RZR (41673)

RIGID Industries built the Razor Revolve A-Pillar Light Kit for one job: throw serious light down the trail from the A-pillars of your Polaris RZR. This is the 41673 kit, a matched pair of Revolve pods with everything you need to bolt them to the Pro R or Turbo R A-pillar mounting location. Brackets, hardware, and a wiring harness with a switch all come in the box. So you're not hunting for parts halfway through the install.

Each pod is a 4 inch square LED putting out 3060 lumens through a clear lens in a spot beam pattern. Spot is the right call for A-pillar mounting. You want that light reaching way out ahead so you can read the trail at speed, not washing out the ground right in front of the hood. Two pods up on the pillars fill in the gap your factory headlights leave, especially through corners where a bar mounted down low can't swing with you.

The Revolve part is the fun part. Each pod has independently controlled amber backlighting. You can run the amber glow for looks around camp, use it as a low-key marker at night, or leave it off and just run the spot beams when you're moving. And because each side is controlled on its own, you've got room to get creative with how the front end looks. Amber also cuts through dust better than white, which anyone who rides in the desert already knows.

Power draw is easy on your electrical system. Each pod pulls about 2 amps at 14 volts, and the Revolve line is designed to run anywhere from 9 to 36 volts. That means you can wire these into a stock RZR without worrying about overloading a circuit, and the included harness and switch keep the run clean. We still recommend feeding the harness off a fused source and keeping your connections sealed against dust and water. A little dielectric grease on the connectors never hurts.

Build quality is where this kit earns the price. The mounting brackets are stainless steel with a UV and abrasion resistant powder coat, so they hold up to years of trail abuse, mud, and sun without turning to rust. The pods themselves use a black housing sized to sit flush against the pillar. This isn't a bargain-bin bar that rattles loose after a season. It's engineered to stay put and stay bright.

The kit also ships with two Revolve Pod Amber PRO covers, so the customization is baked in from the factory instead of an upsell you chase down later. Snap them on and the whole front end takes on that amber signature look the Revolve line is known for. It's a small touch that pulls the build together.
