The Rigid Industries Revolve 10-inch amber light bar kit is built to bolt clean, usable light onto a Can-Am without you fabricating a mount or splicing a harness from scratch. This is a Can-Am specific kit. The bracket is made to sit on the factory shock tower, and the wiring harness comes pre-terminated, so most folks have it mounted and lit in an afternoon. You get seven amber LEDs behind a clear lens, 5082 raw lumens, and a broad spot beam in a black single-row housing.

So why amber? If you spend any time in dust, fog, or falling snow, you already know the problem with white light. It bounces straight back at you off every airborne particle and washes out the trail. Amber cuts through it. The light passes through the haze instead of lighting it up, so you see the ground and the ruts instead of a glowing wall. Guys running the desert, fire roads, and logging trails lean on amber for exactly this reason. It's easier on your eyes over a long night ride too.

The beam is a broad spot, which is the pattern you want on a machine that changes speed and direction constantly. You get real distance down the trail plus enough spread to catch the edges, the switchbacks, and whatever just stepped out of the brush. It's not a pencil-thin spot that only lights one point a hundred yards out, and it's not a pure flood that dies at twenty feet. It's the middle ground that actually works on a side-by-side.

Build is standard Rigid. Black housing, clear lens, and a sealed LED bar meant to live outside in mud, rain, and pressure-washer cleanups. The kit also ships with an amber light cover, so you can throw the cover on for a different look or extra lens protection when you're not chasing distance. Seven LEDs, 10 inches wide, single row. It's a compact bar that doesn't crowd the cage or block your sightline.

Power draw is friendly. The bar pulls 47 watts, which works out to about 2.9 amps at 14 volts. That's light enough that it won't fight your charging system or dim your other accessories, even on a machine that's already running a stereo, a winch, and a phone charger. We still recommend wiring it through a switch and a fused, relay-protected circuit so you can kill it at the trailhead and keep the load off your ignition switch. Installation is where the Can-Am specific design pays off. Instead of a universal clamp that vibrates loose, the included bracket mounts to the shock tower and holds the bar steady over washboard and jumps. Snug the hardware, run the harness, pick a switched power source, and you're done. If you ride at night, plow, run trails after work in the winter, or just want your Can-Am to actually light up the ground in bad weather, this is a straight-up upgrade over stock.

A couple of install tips from us. Aim the bar slightly down so the amber pool lands on the trail in front of you and not up into the dust cloud your own tires kick up. Route the harness away from hot exhaust and away from moving suspension, and leave a little slack at the shock tower so the wire flexes with the travel instead of chafing through over a season. Ten minutes of tidy wiring now saves you a trailside repair later, and it keeps the whole setup looking factory.

Who's it not for? If you only ever ride wide-open in clear, dry daylight, you don't need it. And if you're after blinding white distance light for high-speed running, a white spot bar is the better tool. But for real-world trail, dust, and foul-weather visibility on a Can-Am, this amber Revolve kit is hard to beat.
