Moeller Honda Outboard Fuel Line | 034386-10LPA — Product description

Moeller's Honda fuel line assembly is a complete, ready-to-run replacement for outboards built in 1991 and later. You get 80 inches of 3/8-inch B1-15 hose with the tank fitting, engine fitting, and primer bulb already installed. Pull the old cracked line, connect this one, prime, and you're fueling clean.

When the fuel line on a Honda outboard starts weeping at the fittings or the primer bulb goes soft and won't hold pressure, you don't want to piece together a fix from generic parts. This Moeller assembly is the whole run, built to fit Honda outboards from 1991 forward, and it shows up ready to connect.

The hose itself is 80 inches of 3/8-inch inside diameter B1-15 line. That B1-15 rating matters more than it sounds. It's a low-permeation marine fuel hose that meets the EPA requirements Honda's newer engines were built around, so you're not stepping backward to an older hose that sweats fuel vapor into your bilge. The 80-inch length gives you enough reach for most transom-to-tank runs without coiling up a pile of excess.

Both ends come fitted. There's a tank connector on one side and the Honda engine fitting on the other, plus the primer bulb already spliced into the line. So this isn't a bare hose you have to build out. Unbox it, route it, click the connectors home, and squeeze the bulb until it firms up. That's the job.

Who's this for? Anyone running a portable tank on a Honda outboard who's dealing with a cracked, sun-baked, or ethanol-swollen fuel line. If your bulb has gone hard and slow to prime, or you smell fuel around the connectors, that's your sign. Replacing the whole assembly is faster and more reliable than chasing a leak fitting by fitting, and you know every joint in the line is fresh when you're done.

One honest note: this is built for the Honda connection pattern. If you're running a different brand of outboard, the engine-side fitting won't match, and you'll want the assembly made for your engine. Not sure which one you've got? Send us the model and we'll point you to the right line.

Frequently asked questions

Which engines does this fuel line fit?

It's built for Honda outboards made in 1991 and later, using Honda's engine-side connection pattern. If you're on a different brand, the engine fitting won't match.

What are the hose length and diameter?

The hose is 80 inches long with a 3/8-inch inside diameter, which covers most transom-to-tank runs with a portable tank.

Is the primer bulb included?

Yes. The primer bulb is already spliced into the line, along with the tank fitting and the Honda engine fitting. It's a complete assembly.

What does the B1-15 rating mean?

B1-15 is a low-permeation marine fuel hose spec. It meets the EPA requirements Honda's newer outboards were designed around, so it keeps fuel vapor from sweating out into your bilge.

Does it come assembled or do I have to build it?

It's fully assembled. Both fittings and the primer bulb are installed, so you just route it, connect both ends, and prime.

How do I know it's time to replace my old line?

Look for cracks, a sun-baked or swollen hose, a primer bulb that's gone hard and slow to prime, or the smell of fuel around the connectors. Any of those means it's time.
