When you need light on the water after dark, a good flood makes everything easier. The Hella Marine 358176851 is a compact 3.2-inch square LED work light built to do exactly that. It puts out 3000 lumens from four clear LED bulbs, spread in a wide flood pattern that washes a whole work area instead of punching a narrow beam into the distance. Think cockpit lighting, deck wash, a bright pool over the swim platform, or a helping hand at the rigging station when you're tying leaders at 4 a.m.

It's a 40-watt light running on a standard 12-volt system, so it drops right into most boat wiring without a converter or ballast.
