Egis 3903 ANL Fuse Block, 35-750A Sealed Marine — Product description

The Egis Mobile Electronics 3903 ANL fuse block gives you a sealed, ignition-protected home for a single ANL fuse rated anywhere from 35 to 750 amps. Built for heavy DC runs up to 4/0 cable, it's the fuse holder you wire in once and don't think about again.

Running a big DC load, a bow thruster, an inverter, a windlass, a high-output alternator? You need that main fuse protected and easy to service. The Egis 3903 does exactly that. It takes one ANL fuse sized anywhere from 35 up to 750 amps, so a single part number covers a lot of different installs.

The busbar is tin-plated copper, which keeps voltage drop low and holds up in a salt-air bilge. Egis uses separate stud connections for the cable landings, so your heavy-gauge terminals feed in and out on their own studs instead of stacking on the fuse tab itself. That's a cleaner, more reliable connection on 4/0 wire. The housing is glass-filled nylon with stainless self-locking hardware, and it's sealed to IP66, IP67, and IP6K9K.

It's ignition protected, so you can mount it on a gas boat or near an LPG locker without second-guessing it. Max voltage is 80 Vdc, which covers 12, 24, and 48-volt systems. Four #10 and two 1/4-inch mounting holes lock it down solid. Backed by a 4-year warranty.

Frequently asked questions

What size fuse does the Egis 3903 take?

It holds a single ANL fuse rated anywhere from 35 to 750 amps, so you size the fuse to your circuit.

How large a cable can I land on it?

It's built for cables up to 4/0. The separate stud connections let the heavy terminals land on their own studs instead of the fuse tab itself.

Is it safe to use on a gas boat?

Yes. It's ignition protected, so it's rated for installation in potentially hazardous gaseous environments like gas boats or near an LPG locker.

What's the maximum voltage?

80 Vdc, which covers 12, 24, and 48-volt DC systems.

How is it mounted?

It has four #10 (M5) and two 1/4-inch (M6) mounting holes. Torque the mounting screws to no more than 50 in-lbs (5.5 N-m).
