The mounting hardware that ties it to your specific coach and the wall switch that runs the motor are separate purchases. On a lot of replacement jobs you already have serviceable mounting brackets and a working switch from the old awning, so you don't need them. But if you're doing a fresh install or your old hardware is shot, budget for the kit up front so you're not stuck halfway through the swap.
