Non-ducted is the simplest way a rooftop unit can be set up. And because it's the plenum-only version, there's no ceiling control box in the box. Keep the return-air filter clean once the new plenum is in. A clogged filter is the number one reason a rooftop unit stops cooling well, and the filter sits right in the plenum where it's easy to pull and rinse.
