The top is cut from Sunbrella and Outdura premium acrylic, solution-dyed fabric that holds its color season after season instead of fading to a sad gray by August. One honest note: dark fabric holds heat more than a light shade does, so on a blazing afternoon the air under a black top runs a touch warmer than it would under linen or silver. Let it dry before you boot it up for a long stretch and mildew never gets a foothold.
