B&G V60 VHF Fist Mic (000-14922-001)

This is the removable fist mic that ships standard on B&G's V60 and V60-B fixed-mount VHF radios, now available on its own. Part number 000-14922-001. And when you seat the connector, push it home fully and add a dab of dielectric grease on the pins. That connection is what keeps water out, and a loose or dry plug is the most common reason a fist mic starts acting up. Two minutes at install saves you a headache later on a wet, rolling deck.

Care is simple. After a salty day, especially on an open cockpit or a center console that takes spray, give the mic a quick rinse with fresh water and let it dry.
