Through the use of advanced composites, these cleats achieve superior performance while overcoming the limitations of metal alloys. Ronstan cam cleats are strong, light and corrosion free. The unique tooth profile and cam geometry are designed to grip without damaging the rope. A multi-coil spring recessed in the upper part of the cam generates near constant torque. This constant torque ensures secure cleating of even the smallest lines with minimal abrasion or rope wear and low line entry and exit efforts. T-cleats have tough glass fiber reinforced cams providing outstanding value for most cleating applications.

"Carbon Fiber C-Cleat Cam fits up to a 5\/16\" line in a Strong but Light Cleat. Ronstan has invested a vast amount of time and effort in to engineering a cam cleat that has the maximum grip, easy release and superior durability. The cam cleat is made of advanced fiber composites and the base is made from long strand glass fiber reinforced polymer base. It features a self lubricating Acetal slotted bearing and a multi-coil stainless steel spring. This ensures there are no parts to rust and the cleat retains it's strength over the years.The cleat measures 1 7\/8\" long x 1\" wide x 3\/4\" high. The mounting holes are 1 1\/16\" apart and uses a 5\/32\" fastener to screw down to the deck through the cam holes. Carbon fibre composite cam material provides maximum resistance to heat and abrasion. Unique self-cleaning, self-lubricating slotted bearings ensure consistent high performance even when subjected to high static loads. Design, materials selection and advanced manufacturing methods combine to deliver superior strength and holding power, light weight and corrosion resistance. Fits 3\/32\" to 5\/16\" lines.
