The Blue Ocean System Weatherdeck waterproof switch has only eight positions on the panel. Many switch panels installed on the dashboard or flybridge cannot withstand the harsh marine environment. The WeatherDeck switch panel is waterproof, with a protection level of IP67 (for temporary immersion in water), and uses materials that will not deteriorate in harsh sunlight, salt and water. Many boats that already have circuit protection and do not operate at night, only need a waterproof switch panel. The WeatherDeck switch panel has all the rugged features of the tried and tested WeatherDeck panel series, but does not increase the cost of backlights and circuit breakers. . . . The UV-resistant weatherproof panel can be slid up and down, allowing access to parts and concealing mounting screws.
