It can also be used with Golight Radioray GL-7XXX and GL-2XXX series wireless remote control spotlights purchased within the last three years. The Golight remote control spotlight is based on radio waves instead of infrared. Therefore, these remote controls are effective for 150 feet. The handheld remote control is weather resistant. The device is powered by 2 MN-21 batteries and has been used for about 1 year. The device has a series of DIP switches. The DIP switch enables the user to select one of the 65 000 channels to communicate with a specific remote control spotlight. The handheld remote has an on/off button, a fast/slow selector and 4 direction buttons. As long as the button is pressed, the electric remote control spotlight will move in one direction. After release, the remote control spotlight will remain in this position.
