As part of its high-resolution "depth range shading", Blue Chart g2 HD coastal chart has up to 10 depth ranges, allowing users to clearly see its target depth. When using "shallow shadows," the chart also allows the use of shadows to mark shallow depths that the user may need to avoid. The map provides overall coverage of the entire coast of the North Island, including the Three Golden Islands.
