Part number 293275011 takes the door on a Dometic Americana refrigerator and reverses the swing from a right-hand hinge to a left-hand hinge. It's a straightforward mechanical change, and once it's done the door opens the way your new layout actually wants it to.

This kit fits four models: the DM2662, DM2862, DM2652 and DM2852. Those are the two-way absorption fridges you'll find in a lot of coaches and boat galleys, and they all share the same hinge geometry. One important note on direction.
