Coleman Mach RV AC Fan Blade 6733-3221, 11 In 4-Blade — Product description

This is the genuine Coleman replacement fan blade for Mach rooftop air conditioners, part number 6733-3221. It's an 11-inch, four-blade fan with a 40-degree pitch and a 1/2-inch bore, spec'd to the original so it spins true and pushes full airflow. Fits a wide run of Mach models across the 6700, 7000, 8000, and 48000 series.

When the fan on your Coleman Mach rooftop air conditioner starts wobbling, rattling, or throwing off less air than it used to, the blade is usually the culprit. This is the genuine Coleman replacement fan blade, part number 6733-3221, built to drop straight into a long list of Mach units without any guesswork.

It's an 11-inch, four-blade fan with a 40-degree pitch and a 1/2-inch bore. Those numbers matter. The pitch is what moves the air across the coil, and the bore has to match your motor shaft exactly or the blade won't seat right. Get a blade with the wrong bore and it'll never balance, no matter how carefully you tighten the set screw. This one is spec'd to the original, so it spins true and pushes the same airflow the unit had when it was new.

Coleman used this same blade across a huge run of rooftop units over the years, both ducted and non-ducted. It fits Mach models including the 48203, 48204, 48207, 48208, 48213, 48253, 48254, 48257, 48263, 48264, and 48268, along with the 7000 and 8000 series and many of the 6700-series cassettes. If your model number is on the box or stamped on the shroud, cross-check it against the fitment list before you order.

Why does a fan blade fail? Usually it's age. Years of heat cycling make the plastic brittle, and a hairline crack near the hub throws the whole assembly out of balance. You'll hear it first as a low hum or a vibration through the ceiling, then it gets worse. A cracked or warped blade also drags on the motor, and a dragging motor runs hot and dies early. Swapping the blade is a lot cheaper than replacing the whole air conditioner.

If you're comfortable pulling the shroud and you've got a nut driver, this is a job you can knock out in an afternoon. Kill the power at the breaker first. Note how the old blade sits on the shaft before you pull it, match the depth, and snug the set screw against the flat of the shaft. That's it. Spin it by hand to check for clearance before you button it back up.

Frequently asked questions

What size is this Coleman Mach fan blade?

It's an 11-inch diameter blade with four blades and a 40-degree pitch. The bore, where it slides onto the motor shaft, is 1/2 inch.

Is this a genuine Coleman part?

Yes. It's the Coleman replacement fan blade, manufacturer part number 6733-3221.

How do I know if it fits my air conditioner?

Check your unit's model number against the fitment list. It covers a wide range of Mach models including the 48203 through 48268, the 7000 and 8000 series, and many 6700-series units. Match your number before ordering.

Why would a fan blade need replacing?

Most fail from age. Years of heat cycling make the plastic brittle, and a small crack near the hub throws the fan out of balance. That shows up as a hum or a vibration through the ceiling and can make the motor run hot.

Can I install it myself?

If you can pull the shroud and use a nut driver, yes. Cut power at the breaker first, note how the old blade sits on the shaft, match that depth, and tighten the set screw against the flat of the shaft. Spin it by hand to check clearance before you close it up.

Does it work on both ducted and non-ducted Mach units?

The same blade was used across both ducted and non-ducted rooftop units in the listed model range. Confirm your model number against the fitment list to be sure.
