Camco RhinoFlex 39763 10-Ft RV Sewer Hose Extension

You pull into a site, hook up power and water, then walk your sewer hose back to the connection and come up a few feet short. That's the exact problem the Camco RhinoFlex 10-foot extension solves. It gives you another 10 feet of reach so you can hit the dump inlet without repositioning the rig or leaving a hose stretched bar-tight across the pad.

The hose itself is 23-mil polyolefin reinforced with a steel wire helix running through the wall. That wire is what lets the hose hold its round shape, resist crushing under foot traffic, and keep an even downhill slope so waste actually drains instead of pooling. Diameter is a standard 3 inches, so it matches the sewer connections you'll find at RV parks and dump stations across the country.

Both ends come with fittings pre-attached. One end carries a lug, the other a swivel bayonet. The swivel is the part you'll appreciate at the connection. Instead of twisting the whole length of hose to line up the bayonet lugs, you rotate just the fitting and lock it. No tools, no wrestling. A word on why the shape matters. A sewer hose that sags or flattens traps waste in the low spots, and that's where smell and clogs start. Who needs it? Anybody who's parked where the sewer inlet sits farther back than a single hose reaches. Long pull-through sites, older parks with oddly placed connections, or a driveway setup at home where the cleanout is across the pad. Keep it in the bay and you won't get caught short again. You won't need it every trip, but the trip you do, you'll be glad it's there.

Care is simple. After you dump, run fresh water through it, let it drain, compress it, and cap the end before it goes back in the bumper. Store it out of direct sun when you can, and rinse the fittings so the bayonet lugs stay clean and lock smoothly. Treat it right and it'll ride along for years.
