If you store your sewer hose in your RV's rear bumper, you already know the weak spot. The open end. A couple of honest notes so you buy the right thing. This cap is made for the square metal bumper style. If your rig has a round bumper or a molded plastic one, this isn't your part. And the grab-by-the-cap trick only works if your sewer hose uses Camco bayonet-style fittings. If it doesn't, the cap will still seal and vent the bumper just fine, you just won't get the quick-release handle feature.
