Raymarine RV-320 Plastic Thru-Hull Transducer Pack w/20° Deadrise Compensation — Product description

Upgrade your boating adventures with the Raymarine RV-320 Plastic Thru-Hull Transducer Pack, engineered for seamless integration on boats with 20° deadrise hulls. This dual-transducer setup delivers stunning RealVision 3D sonar imagery, turning murky waters into a clear underwater map where fish schools pop and hidden structures reveal themselves effortlessly. Whether you're chasing trophy fish offshore or navigating shallow bays, the RV-320 brings professional-grade sonar performance right to your helm.

Advanced Sonar Technologies in a Compact Package

At the heart of the RV-320 lies a powerful 4-channel Wide Spectrum CHIRP system that combines multiple sonar modes for unmatched versatility. Experience the hyper-realistic views of RealVision 3D sonar, which merges DownVision for bottom detail, SideVision for wide-area scanning, and high-frequency CHIRP for precise fish targeting. No more guessing—spot bait balls, wrecks, and ledges with lifelike 3D clarity that feels like looking through glass.

What sets this pack apart is its integrated Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS). This smart stabilization tech automatically adjusts for boat pitch, roll, and yaw, ensuring rock-steady images even in choppy conditions or during tight turns. Pair that with a responsive water temperature sensor, and you've got real-time data to dial in your trolling speed or locate thermoclines where big game lurks.

Hassle-Free Installation for Real-World Boaters

Forget wrestling with fairing blocks or custom wedges—the RV-320's internal offset is pre-tuned for hull deadrise angles around 20°, making installation a breeze on fiberglass, steel, or aluminum vessels. The low-profile plastic thru-hull design hugs the hull line, minimizing drag and preventing cavitation for smoother rides at speed. It's trailered-boat friendly too, with a near-flush mount that won't snag during launch or haul-out.

One transducer handles port-side and downward scanning; the other covers starboard and down. Together, they sweep a full 180° view beneath your boat, bypassing keels or struts that plague traditional single-unit setups. With generous cabling—2-meter pigtails per transducer, a Y-cable, and an 8-meter extension—you'll reach transom-mounted displays without splicing headaches.

Performance That Delivers in Any Conditions

Anglers and cruisers rave about how the RV-320 transforms their displays into intuitive fishing tools. Picture threading through weed beds with SideVision spotting clear channels, or using 3D mode to pinpoint suspended stripers hugging a drop-off. The rugged construction stands up to saltwater abuse, while the plastic bodies resist fouling better than metal alternatives in some setups.

Compatible with Raymarine's Axiom and Element series multifunction displays, it unlocks features like forward-scan previews and customizable palettes. Boaters on inboards or outboards up to 40 feet find it ideal for day trips or weekend overnights, providing coverage wider and deeper than basic 2D sonar ever could.

Pro Tips for Maximizing Your RV-320

Mount transducers 1/4 hull length apart amidships for optimal overlap, and always clean the hull area pre-install for the strongest bond. Fine-tune gain settings in calmer water first to baseline your views, then let AHRS handle the rough stuff. For trailered boats, apply a hull-safe wax around the thru-hull to ease cleaning after sandy ramps.

What hull types is the Raymarine RV-320 compatible with?

The RV-320 works perfectly on fiberglass, steel, and aluminum hulls with approximately 20° deadrise, making it versatile for most planing inboards and outboards.

Does the RV-320 require fairing blocks for installation?

No, the built-in offset compensates for deadrise angles, eliminating the need for fairing blocks and simplifying your thru-hull install.

How does RealVision 3D sonar improve fish finding?

It blends CHIRP, DownVision, and SideVision into 3D imagery, letting you see fish in context with structures for more accurate targeting and less guesswork.

What cable length does the pack provide?

Each transducer has a 2-meter pigtail, plus a Y-cable and 8-meter extension, giving you a total of 10 meters to your display.

Can the RV-320 handle rough water?

Yes, the integrated AHRS stabilizes images against boat motion from waves, swells, or turns, delivering clear sonar even in challenging conditions.

Is this transducer pack suitable for trailered boats?

Absolutely—the low-profile, near-flush design resists damage during trailering and won't create drag on the water.

RV-320 Plastic Thru-Hull Transducer Pack with 20° Deadrise Compensation

Designed for inboard or outboard boats, the RV-320 Plastic Through Hull Transducer System lets you easily identify structures and locate fish with the life-like clarity of RealVision 3D™ sonar.

The RV-320 system is a 4-channel, Wide Spectrum CHIRP transducer system with DownVision™, SideVision™, high frequency CHIRP fish targeting and RealVision 3D™ sonar inside. The transducer system has a built-in attitude and heading reference system (AHRS) that stabilizes the sonar imagery, automatically compensating for vessel motion. You’ll enjoy crystal-clear imagery in waves, swells, and while maneuvering. The RV-320 system also has a built-in fast response water temperature sensor for quick, accurate readings.

Raymarine’s RV-320 Plastic Through Hull Transducer system pack contains a pair of RealVision 3D transducers with internal offset to accommodate hull deadrise angles from 14° to 26°. This completely eliminates the need for fairing blocks. The low-profile design slips effortlessly through the water without causing drag or cavitation. The near-flush RV-320 system works even works great on trailered boats.

The RV-320 system features rugged plastic through hull bodies suitable for fiberglass, steel or aluminum hulls.
