The Dual Pro PS3 Professional series on-board charger is the top product of every 15 amp (up to 45 amp) charger. The independent output controlled by the microprocessor provides very fast charging and reliable long-term storage. The Dual Pro battery charger has important features such as fully waterproof, fully automatic, overcharge protection, temperature compensation and ignition protection. They also have LED readings and have passed USCG certification. It can be used in multiple 12V battery configurations in series and/or parallel with 12V, 24V and 36V; where a rugged and durable waterproof charger is required. The 12V output of each battery pack is used for a single 12v battery, no more than 31 groups of batteries (about 130 AH). The typical installation is a 24V series system, which uses two 12v batteries as traction motors and an additional battery pack to start the 12v batteries. Another popular installation method is to use a 12V traction motor battery and two 12V starter motor batteries. There are no installation restrictions for Dual Pro chargers. When used with a full wet battery or AGM battery, a real gel battery can be specially ordered (additional charge is required).
